R&D Expert

Position Description：
1、Responsible for the synthesis of waterborne resin for composite materials and the R&D of related new materials and special pigments.
2、Communicate with customers or technical experts to determine resin technical indicators, determine R&D ideas and process methods, control the progress of R&D projects, build R&D project teams, etc., and report to the President of the Institute directly.

Position Requirements：
1、Master degree or above, major in Chemistry and Polymer.
2、More than 5 years of experience in R&D related to resin and polymer synthesis.
3、Experience in R&D of waterborne acrylic lotion, especially waterborne lotion or resin for new composite materials is preferred.
