Chief R&D Expert

Position Description：
1、As the person in charge of R&D, according to the business development strategy to formulate and implement R&D strategy and direction of the company.
2、Deeply understand the development trend of various coating surface technologies, and coating products and coating technology requirements of target industry customers.
3、Implement the management of the company's product line and product library, including new product launch and old product iteration.
4、Manage the personnel and laboratory of the R&D Department, including Composite material coating laboratory, glove coating laboratory, advanced manufacturing industrial coating laboratory, etc.
5、According to market demand and customer requirements to Initiate and manage new product and technology development projects, allocating R&D resources and setting priorities.
6、Support and help sales to provide product technical support services, including find out the cause of the client product problem and adjust the formula to continuously stabilize the product quality.
7、To lead and take responsibility for joint research and development projects with other R&D institutions, universities, or partners, or the establishment of joint laboratories (doctor workstations or academician workstations, etc.)
8、Formulate and control annual R&D budget

Position Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer or material chemistry.
2、At least 5 years of experience in R&D management, project management, product management or technical services in well-known paint companies, paint research institutions or universities. It is preferred that the background of composite materials or industrial waterborne coatings and multiple coating professional skills are obtained.
3、Obtain the ability and experience to personally develop paint product formula, and good organizational and personal leadership as well.
4、Excellent team leadership and coordination ability.
5、Good inter organizational interpersonal relationship management and communication skills.
6、Obtain foresight of coating surface technology and keen insight into the market, and strong sense of customer service.
